I help leaders see what they may not see from where they're sitting, ask better questions, and be more intentional about the culture they're creating.
How I Lead?
I believe people need both.
We need people who see the best in us, remind us what we're capable of, and celebrate our growth.
And we need people who care enough to ask the hard question, point out the gap, and call us forward.
That's how I approach my work.
The hard conversations are often the kindest ones. And we can say the hard thing while still honoring the person.

Leadership is personal to me.
My faith shapes the way I see people and the way I lead. I believe God has created each of us uniquely and entrusted us with gifts, strengths, experiences, relationships, opportunities, and influence.
You don't have to share my faith to work with me. But it will always shape how I show up—with curiosity, courage, compassion, truth, generosity, and a genuine desire to see people flourish.
That's ultimately what Live & Lead On Purpose means to me: steward what you've been given well, give your best for the good of others, and help someone else do the same.
