Some of the best advice I ever received was knowing the difference between nice and kind. It's where my journey to evaluate not only my leadership style but how I define self-worth, value, and acceptance.

I'm a wife and mom, a child of God, and my faith in Jesus Christ is the most important thing in my life. I strive daily to follow Christ's example of sacrificial servant leadership.

My biggest fear is failure and letting those I love down. People-pleasing has always been a struggle; letting the opinions of others define my worth and value was my default. But then a verse, Galatian 1:10, pierced my heart. "Obviously, I'm not trying to win the approval of people, but of God. If pleasing people were my goal, I would not be a servant of Christ." It was at that point I knew it was time to find my true identity and discover the type of leader I was purposed to be. I have worked on ways to enhance what I'm good at and improve areas of opportunity. I'm always looking for ways to activate what I learn and want to help you to discover your leader within.

My goal is to help you know first that your worth is in the Word, then equip and empower you to take the leap into your God-given gifts.
